i didn't even bother to go. i made a mistake with the booking, sent them an email to ask to correct it, they never got back to me. i ended up booking another place ... because if some place doesn't check their email once a week or so, it's probably not a good sign.

the hotel was fine, good sized room, clean etc, but the reception staff were the most unfriendly i have come across in the tourism industry. Utterly miserable and unhelpful.

This place was in the best location and the staff were soo helpful. the rooms were great, we had such a nice time at this hotel!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

The staff in the hostel is crazy,they are all the day shouting at you when you didn´t do anything. It´s good if you want to complain with people...
