People working at 40 flats are great, very friendly, service-minded, speaking lot of languages (what is quite unusual in Spain). It is a great place to stay in Valencia. I have been there twice and I am going to stay at 40 flats next time I am going to visit Valencia.

Loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it to everyone. The people in the reception area were wonderful and out of their way to help. I am planning to go back soon.
