Great location, super facilities. Only moan was it smelt a bit funny damp and drains! Could also hear toliet being flushed in upstairs apartments which meant we didn't need an alarm clock!!

Excellent apartments and happy to recommend them. When the hot water did not work we were quickly moved to an apartment where it did. Ideal location in old town.

The apartement is perfectly situated in the heart of the citypart carmen. This area is always crowded. The apartement although is situated in a quiet sidestreet. appartement was situated directly beneath a huge site - very noisy in the morning :( would have needed a bigger pot! but all in all a very nice, well equipped appartement!

since this is an apartment, the character, staff and fun are low, but i highly recommend the place for couples looking for greater privacy. associated with a hostel, so you can use their services, including internet. plus there was a washing machine and kitchenette in the apartment.

The third bed was a comfortable fold out couch. My only qualm was the horrible view of a construction site from our window.close

A newly renovated flat right in the centre of the old town. Very clean. A picture on the wall could have helped lift the place a little. The street outside is quiet (apart from a building being renovated outside at the moment, but this did not disturb us). A great place to spend ur holiday!

We loved our stay in Valenica. The apartment was really nice, clean, quite and well located. Only thing i would suggest is- they need to put fans in some of the lofts as it gets very hot at night. But apart from that it was perfect and i would stay here again

Very nice apartments! (wish had washing machines tho but wont be picky)and THE best location, within walking distance to all clubs, pubs, restaurants etc, only little thing that was a little annoying was that u have to pick up keys at another location, but it was fine.Overall, a really nice place!!

Perfect! Good location with good facilities available for guests. The place was clean and had air conditioning. Small kitchen with enough equipment to prepare your meals. Excellent!

These apartments are fantastic value for money. Not the kind of place to meet people, but great rooms and in a fantastic position. The staff were so friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Much appreciated - recommend very highly to all.
