grand apartment. great location too. very handy for the city centre. owners are very helpful as well. would highly recommend it

A bit hard to bring all the bags up to the apartment, since it's 4 floors by narrow stairs..if you're young,strong and sober NO problems at all! =) Besides it's situated as described in the Historical Center of Valencia, next to nice and important monuments as La Lonja, El Mercado and La Torre de... more A bit hard to bring all the bags up to the apartment, since it's 4 floors by narrow stairs..if you're young,strong and sober NO problems at all! =) Besides it's situated as described in the Historical Center of Valencia, next to nice and important monuments as La Lonja, El Mercado and La Torre de Quart; it's not even far from the "fun zone" by night, where everyone hangs out. The apartment itself it's more than worth the price! ^_^close

Location was perfect,just between the nightlife + quiet to sleep.The apartement is fully equiped & everything looked clean & brand new.We felt very save,though we spotted some junks next to the church.The owner informed us well,how to get there.He might tell the visiters a bit more about... more Location was perfect,just between the nightlife + quiet to sleep.The apartement is fully equiped & everything looked clean & brand new.We felt very save,though we spotted some junks next to the church.The owner informed us well,how to get there.He might tell the visiters a bit more about hotspots to go to,as an insider of the city.But we would recommed the place to anyone:budget travellers aswell older couples.(if less mobil, just make sure you can stay at the 2nd floor)close

make clear in your advertising that the appartment is on the 3 cq 4th floor, with a small stairto reach it. for younger people no problem , for older it is maybe adeception when they arrive and didn't know they have to climb anarrow stair

The flat was exactly as described, with air conditioning and hot water 24/7. This was our first visit to Valencia, and the location was great for visiting by walk all of the areas we wanted to see. The neighborhood itself is wonderful, with good restaurants and pleasant surroundings. The landlord... more The flat was exactly as described, with air conditioning and hot water 24/7. This was our first visit to Valencia, and the location was great for visiting by walk all of the areas we wanted to see. The neighborhood itself is wonderful, with good restaurants and pleasant surroundings. The landlord were a pleasure to deal with. We'd love to return! The only recommendation is: don't bring too heavy and bulky luggage, you'll be either on the 2nd or 3rd floor and there's only a narrow and quite steep staircase.close
