Located in a building whose construction was completed in 2006, located 100 metres from the city of arts and sciences, 40 flats offers 40 modern, fully equipped and furnished apartments. Private Parking. Parking= 13,00 euros Check in: 16.00 hs. / Check out: 11.00 hs. The privacy, proximity to the city of Arts and Sciences and price make these apartments unique and ideal to ensure your stay in Valencia is as pleasant as possible. Contact 40flats whether it be for vacation or a business trip to Valencia. The apartments come with individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a bathroom, and cable TV. There are 15 apartments (35 m²) with a bedroom and a kitchenette with a double bed sofa, 15 apartments (50 m²) with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with a double bed sofa, as well as 10 apartments (75 m²) with two bedrooms, a living room with a double bed sofa, a kitchen and a toilet.
