I don't use to give bad reviews, because many people seems to think that they are in 5 star hotels. In this case, they do deserve it. If you ask for something, they just point a place where you can find the info and don't even look at you. If you ask for something, they just point a place where you can find the info and don't even look at you. It was in summer and I arrived on friday and the a/c was broken (really hot room). When I ask about it, they just told me "...nothing to do until MONDAY"... I was leaving on monday. Except for the location, I DO NOT recommend it at all.close

excellent value for money, location, ease of use, helpful staff comes with basic ( but free b/fast) also 4 x free internet terminal points can't praise the place and deal too much well done and will return

Good Location. Staff were fine. No Complaints. No Kitchen or any real common areas. Shower is small so watch out fat people. About what you'd expect from a hostel that doesnt allow drinking... No complaints.

Excellent location. The rooms are an adequate size and reasonably clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and all the facilities were fine. All the female staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but one boy was quite rude and practically threw the luggage room keys at me!(Although I did have the audacity to ask him for them whilst he was on his mobile phone, so perhaps it was justified!!)I would certainly stay again and recommend this hostel to others.close

Clean, nice and modern hostel on a good location. Good lockers and nice atmosphere. A pitty you cannot use the kitchen and the lounge is not so comfortable.

Found some very nice people there. Anyway rooms are so little and not very clean. Go there if your stay in Valencia is short.

Staying in the 4th floor, there was only onebathroom with only one washbasin, for the whole floor (3 toilets and 3 showers).......they could have done better, one washbasin for the whole floor is not much if in the morning everyone is in the line to brush..... I don't recommend this hostel, we waited for more than 1 hour to get in because the stuff (the man is rude!) didn't find the reservation!!! very poorly organized. The rooms are small and the air conditioned is too high!

I was in a 6 person room, and it was way too small, we were like tuna fishes. It's low budget and worth a try (if you sleep only one night).

Nice hostel, newly opened (as they already mentioned in the description in case you missed it). Good place to stay if you want to have a good night's sleep. Close to all the major sights in the center of Valencia. They could repair some of the things that are broken (mostly locks).

Fantastic central location but the 8 bed rooms were quite small and not much room to move around in. No alcohol on site was a bit of a bummer too.

Nothing special, but everything you need. Right in the heart of old town (a beautiful area!), keycards for the doors, breakfast included. There was always a queue for the internet, and the rooms are not incredibly large. A bit on the expensive side, but a reliable place to stay.

Great location and good air conditioning, lighting, and power points next to the beds in the bedrooms. Clean rooms and communal spaces although the design and feel of the hostel is very clinical. The dorm i stayed in was very small for the amount of people in there. One of the cheaper hostels...

alright place to stay. rooms are a bit cramped as is the entire hostel but free internet and breaky go alright and it is in a good location, although furthur then other hostels from a useful metro line.
