Valencia Beach are brand new Guesthouses all with new modern conveniences, including a lift, a garage space, new ceramic hob, fridge.... for you to enjoy. The most coveniently situated Beach Guesthouse for those wishing to see the beach and also travel into the centre (please read our directions section further down). The owner's wish is that the client enjoys their stay and comes back again. Rooms available to the general public who are respectful of other people with noise levels at night and with one´s general behavior. Offering a spacious and luminous all exterior Beach/Formula 1 flat. A mere 750m walk to the beach, and the excellent bars and restaurants found there. Only 100m from the America's cup marina. The tram and metro are very nearby. Next door to Casanto internationally famous restauarant. Great local markets are close by. Of all the Beach Guesthouse, Valencia Beach has the best access by bus to and from the city centre by day, and is one of few which have night buses at a stones throw away. Therefore guest can save greatly in reduced taxi fares. Also, as there are large roads near to Valencia Beach (avenida Del Puerto and Calle Juan Verdeguer), taxis can also always be caught easily and again this is rare for beach side of valencia. These advantages are due to the changes made by the local government to boost tourism in the port area for the Formula 1. This flat is bright, charming, spacious, and brand new. It has this 'brand new feel' to it that many of our guests really appreciate- actually you see it clearly in their faces when they arrive. They seem to have a look of relief/delight on their faces as until one arrives and sees a place, 0ne never be fully sure as to how it will turn out. Advanced dinner reservations can be arranged on confirmation of rental, so as to avoid disappointment as Casanto is often busy. The tram is 500 metres away, and the metro a short walking distance. The city centre is only 10-15 minutes by bus. The airport 8km away and 20 euro cab journey straight to door. Shared kitchen. Two very large (one ensuite)and one single sized double room. The perfect place to stay if you want the best of both of Valencia's worlds - this apartment hostel is close to the beach and to the metro or bus to downtown. Make sure to take Jason (one of the employees) up on his offer if he invites you out!

Great value for money...like living in your own apartment! David was fantastic in showing me how to get places and how to get to airport. Very clean and access to kitchen and laundry...was a great break from staying in hostels. easy to find once i had obtained a map from tourist information....

Nice place, even though not so close to the beach. Also a bit too expensive for a night on a couch

The website promised access to lounge and balcony, this turned out not to be true - quite disappointing! Otherwise no complaints. But please update your website :)

Any future visitors must be sure to get a map prior to leaving the station/airport (especially outlining the route of the no. 19 bus). Otherwise, the standard of the accommodation was excellent, and the manager (David) was extremely friendly and helpful. While it is not near the centre of town (20 mins by bus), and about a 15 min walk from the beach, it is definitely worth considering.close
