This place would be fantastic in the summertime, right on the beach! but in the colder months the area is fairly quiet and it is 45mins on bus into the city! But, that is the only negative. But, that is the only negative. The staff were fantastic and do yourself a favour and get Susana to cook you a traditional spanish meal... the baked rice with spanish sausage is amazing, and its a huge 3 course meal! Make sure you also visit the fresh market in the area, it was a gr8 experience!close

enjoyed our stay here even though it was short friendly staff nice room and good breakfast quiet location easy access to tram and metro to centre of Valencia

Beautiful house in a superb location on Valencia's beach. Service was excellent we really wanted for nothing and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely place by the beach, very friendly owner. It is a liitle far from the center though, so if you want to go out, maybe a place in the center is better. If you like the beach it is perfect!

You get a basic box bedroom with no windows to the outside (you have a window to hall way). Also, several things listed as included you don't get such as the parasol, cooler box. The presence of hot water was a bit sporadic. The major plus is, the beach is across the road. And there's a plentiful bread based buffet style breakfast. Not romantic as described, its just far from town and is quiet.close

The location was nice, but the room very small without windows and very expensive. Too much for what you get. The Bathroom was dirty and also the room and the beds. Too much far from the town, but near the beach.

This is the cutest bed and breakfast ever... The staff treated us like family, the meals were divine and we recomend and its in a fantastic location. You have a self service breakfast all day, u can borrow beach towels, umbreallas and beach chairs and the staff love to have a chat and always want... more This is the cutest bed and breakfast ever... It isnt't a good accomodation, dirty and very poor. Too expensive for what they give to you. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay at Malvarrosa Bed and Breakfast and I won't suggest it.

If you arrive outside the reception hours, do NOT call the guy (nr starting with 6), call the woman (nr starting with 9). The guy is too lazy to meet anyone, he didn't care that we had to sleep on the beach from 6am to 11am, only the woman was nice. Many others were unlucky to call him and get...

Very clean, quiet, safe. Right next to the beach. If you ask, dinner and lunch can be made for you, and the food is quite good. The people in charge of the property, Jason and Adrienne, were extremely nice, and went out of their way to make it a special weekend for me. Will definitely stay there...

This is a perfect spot for someone that wants to enjoy the beach and that wants to be in a 3 bedroom stablishment. Be carefull and call to make sure that they have your reservation because they were not expecting me.
