The "hostel" is an apartment which nobody is cleaning. It is a dirty place. And its kind of strange, that the guy who welcomed us at our arrival hasn't been there the rest of the time. Very strange place! I can not recommend it.

This was the best guesthouse I stayed at during my time in the EU! Jason was very knowledgeable about the city and made sure that I had a great time in Valencia. Thanks Beach Home for a great stay!

the location is very good, near to the sea and the next train station! BUT: it was very dirty!!! the cupboard, the chest and the bed stunk like humid old whatever! even the air in our room smelled bad! the sheets and the towels had old spots!the kitchen:i wondered that other peoples used it!... more the location is very good, near to the sea and the next train station! not good for coupels, because of very thin walls and the smokers balcony, the kitchen and the toilett were next to our room, so there was almost no privacy. at the last day (of 3) there was no more toilett paper... alot of dust in our room dirty kitchen

We enjoyed our stay here, made you feel very much at home with good facilities to be able to cook a meal, get a cuppa or do some laundry. Very friendly.

Jason was very nice. He helped us with our luggage up and down the very steep four flights of stairs. He doesn't stay there, but you can send a text or leave a message if you need sth. there are lots of dvds in english for those tired of spanish tv. very spacious apt. close to the beach and...

Forse è meglio per coppie per via dei letti solo matrimoniali e non molto grandi. In alternativa per dormire vi consiglio anche il divano: ci ho passato tre notti e ho dormito benissimo! Per il resto, appartamento bello e ben tenuto, posizione non male!

if u wanna stay near the beach id recommend it. its only 5 minutes walk. the city centre is a bit of a walk. 6 euros to the city centre by cab or atleast half hr by foot. id stay here again if i returned to valencia. jason was really helpfull as well.

The hostel was a nice place to stay. only ten minutes walk to the beach. The guy who helped us was nice but was away all other four days. So are garbage- cans where soon full. Overall a good place to stay. Nice rooms and kitchen. But it could have been better when it was a little bit more...

it was very dirty and filled with ants--the airconditioner didn't work and it was too hot on the fourth floor also has no lift

Jason was very welcoming, fun and made us feel like we were home! The place was very clean and the location was close to the beach which was beautiful! We definitely recommend this place to others!!!
