Great location and lovely cool rooms with air conditioning. We had some trouble checking in as the man at reception spoke no English and didn´t understand our Spanish!

Excellent little hotel, basic, clean and superbly located - somehow it's quiet too!

The guy working the night shift was very rude but the day time guy was much nicer. My room didn´t have any windows so it got very hot there so I was forced to have to the air-conditioning almost the whole time and it was a bit noisy. Also there was an vent shaft that we were recommended to have open to get some cool air but that meant that we could hear everything that was going on in the rooms around us, and I mean everything!.close

He blamed the hostelworld website for not being a reliable website to book our accomodation. We felt that we shouldn't have to be held responsible for the mix up and we shouldn't be asked to pay more than what we had agreed to pay when we made the initial booking. We wouldn't have booked if we knew that it was 22 euros per night as we are only students. We weren't sure if it was hostelworld.com website or the hotel, but we felt cheated and no longer trusted hostelworld website.close

The room was bright and comfortable, incl TV, towels, a safe, soap , running hot water, free WiFi access etc. HIGHLY recommended.close

The lady who checked us in was very nice. The two old men that covered the weeked were extremely rude and insulting. They spoke no english (at Hotel Londres?) and pretended not to understand my friend's (fairly fluent) Spanish. Or perhaps tehy were drunk all the time. The cleaner took my towel - both the male receptionists said that they would call the cleaners and it would be back in the morning. The next day, they claimed no knowledge of the conversation and I never saw it again. The darker haired one tried to short change me for a trip by 4 Euro and said in Spanish 'b*llocks' right to my face, then proceeded to take the mick out of my (poor) Spanish. We WON'T be going back here.close

Staff do not speak English and this was the biggest problem for me. The communication was bad. But I liked the location and cleanliness very much. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Londres in Seville.

I'd recommend this hotel.close
