great place where to stay!!! air condicioning, large bathroom ensuit, clean, nice people, in the centre!!! we went back there once more since it was almost perfect and 29 euros each for a triple room is perfect!

The patio at the enterance is atractive. The room was small and gloomy. The airconditioning didn't work. To keep the tempreture bearable they opened the 'windowdoors'in our room. The first lady at the desk was nice, the others where uninterested. The hotel lies in a nice area close to the Santa Cruzz.close

My heater did not want to work and even after an hour the owner refused to give me another room. The staff handled the situation very well and had to phone the owner. The 2nd last day the ceiling started leaking after the occupants of the room upstairs took a shower. I noticed a hole in the... more My heater did not want to work and even after an hour the owner refused to give me another room. The staff handled the situation very well and had to phone the owner. The 2nd last day the ceiling started leaking after the occupants of the room upstairs took a shower. I noticed a hole in the ceiling when I moved in and it was obviously from a previous leak. When I complained I was given a different room. They were fully aware of the incumbent problem and I think it was the reason why they would not move me the first night. All I received was an apology after my items got wet and after i was inconvenienced.close

Excellent Hotel, staff were really helpful. The Hotel is about 15mins walk from the main attractions. I dont reccomend that you go in July its way to hot - 40 degrees is not good to walk about with a backpack.

I found the bed a bit small but at 1.85 metres its probably understandable. The same bed might be a bit crowded for a couple. Otherwise its a great choice-
