It was in the cental "old part of the City". we could walk to themajor sights rather quickly. 5 to 15 minutes to the Cathedral, Royal Palce, Santa Cruz district and the river side area called Triana. The hotel has been recently upgraded and is quite nice. The rooms are somewhat small, but very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning system in our room worked well. The best feature in my opinion, wasis the extremely high level of cutomer service by the staff. They were all very friendlyand willing to help to make our stay enjoyable. They called a couple of places to make reservation for us for the Guided Tour of the city, for a flamenco show, and tried to help us work out a car reservation situation we were having with Avis. The spoke english very well. I think that their price is on the high side, but if your interest is having great service and good staff as a selection criteria, then this Hotel is a good choice.close
