GREAT LOCATION! if you wanna sight see this is a great hostel, the female desk staff were very friendly, the old guy at night must be deaf cause he has the TV up so loud (if your on the first floor its very annoying), lock on my room door didnt work, but that aside i would go back!

This hostel exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind of weird and not overly friendly, but that's very miniscule and is overlooked by how safe and centrally located this place is. It's very clean, and we got a private bathroom even though we paid for a shared one. I definitely recommend this...

You can't beat the price. The bathroom smelled like sewage and our room was right next to it but we opened the window and closed the doors so it was ok. Great location and there's internet access and nice staff members. It was fine for us, but if you're not going to be able to get past things... more You can't beat the price. such a great place in sevilla ! beautiful inside too. 1 minute from the cathedral and the historic center of sevilla. Sooo nice !

We had a reservation to arrive at 8 but upon arrival had to wait until after 10 to check in and thus had to walk aimlessly in the cold. Every time you leave the building you must turn in your locker keys at the front desk, yet they are left out in plain sight for anyone to take.close

Good location, clean and extremaly secure. The only buts would be only one working computer (perhaps it was just temporary and I had bad luck) and receptionist during the night who didn't speak any english. Were meant to stay here but turned up and were sent down the road to Ole Backpackers a lower rated hostel due to a "Plumbing" problem. It did not cost us any more but were not impressed as we booked a long time ago on its rating and facilities. The staff here were really unfriendly and not interested in providing advice or just generally helping us out. The internet stopped working but nothing was done about it. Keys were left out where anyone could have grabbed them. Good location. Close to the Alcazar.

It looks good but the bathroom let me feel really uncomfortable (mix is OK but at least we need a lock and untransparent door!!!). The location is good!

This hostel has a wonderful location, is beautiful, and very clean. However, I had something stolen whilst staying there, and another guest was robbed from their locker.

The hostel is well located in the city center. Everything is clean and beautiful. The kitchen should have a lot more equipments. The staff was ok and should be more informed about the attractions of the city.

The kitchen supply is poor and the breakfast is served outside on the tarrace. It's probably a good idea when it's sunny, however when we've been there it rained :-) Part from that the atmosphere of the place, security and locations are excelent. If I ever go to Seville again I would stay in...

A great place to stay while I was in stay. The system is pretty poorly operated though. I had to move all my luggage into the lobby before getting a room for the next day. Rethink your system. You could save your customers the headache and your cleaning staff the changing and washing of each...

I've only spend one night. The place is really pretty and I didin't felt unsafe but the sistem for the doors is not really good. Still, nobodu complins about it. I don't Think is really a problem there.

Negatives: First of all, here are no laundry facilities. I was given a bogus address to a laundromat that... more This level of DISORGANIZATION is rarely matched. After being told to move all my crap out of my room while I awaited a new room, I got to move it all back in to sleep in the same bed! Negatives: First of all, here are no laundry facilities. I was given a bogus address to a laundromat that doesn´t exist. I donñt know about you, but when I´m travelling, doing laundry is crucial. Second, only SOME of the employees are authorized to rent out rooms. I´m not entirely sure what the job description of the front desk person is, if they are not authorized to rent a room. While inside the hostel, I had to resort to the internet to renew my reservation! Third, I woke up early in the morning, and the power had gone out in the whole building. Arguably, this isn´t the fault of the hostel. However, two girls had a flight to catch, and could not exit the building because the front door security runs on an electric switch. The girls had no way of leaving, and neither would any of the inhabitants if per chance, there was a fire. The doorman had no keys to the door. Fourth, the 8 person shared room I was in would become instantly illuminated everytime someone used the washroom in the middle of the night. Fifth, the food in the refrigerator is not on a labelling system, so whatever is in the fridge is a free for all for anyone to take, borrow, and steal. In short, your not buying groceries for yourself, your buying them for everyone. Sixth, you are not allowed to take you key with you, which means anyone could ask for the key to your room, and no one would be the wiser. Positives: -It´s cheap. -It´s in the city centre -The WIFI is reliable (although no reception on the roof, which means you have to do your internet stuff on your bunk bed, or in the overcrowded entrance.) -There is hot water (when the power is on!) -Although the the front desk people are friendly, their English is intermediate at best. -decent cooking facilities (when the sink isnt full of dirty dishes) -Each bed has a personal safe for your passport, and a medium sized locker. This of course is nullified by the fact that anyone can ask for your key! Overall, this hostel would be a hit with a little organization. Pay the extra 5 EU and go to Triana instead.close

Staff couldn't find our hostelworld booking and tried to 1) turn us away, 2) make us pay the full booking amount even though we already paid 10% deposit online 3) put us in a 6 person room when we booked a 4 person room.
