They said there was nothing they could do. I haven't had a problem like this with Hostelworld before so I reckon the hotel was talking rubbish. For that reason I wouldn't recommend it. Sorry hotel, but that's life.close

design of the building (with an open interior and rooms all around the open foyer) means that it was a very loud building to stay in. Doors dont seal properly, so when people smoke in the open area, it drifts in. Otherwise its a great place to stay, nice and cheap!

The rooms are clean and basic. I had the single room and a shared bathroom. They are cleaned daily. The showers could do with improvement but I would stay there again though maybe not for a romantic weekend for two!

beautiful hostal, reminds me of chefchaouen in morocco as all blue with north african style interior. Room tiny, but location in heart of the shopping district, only very short walk to anywhere in the city. I would certainly stay here again. Very clean.

It was a pleasant stay! The hostal is in the middle of everthing and every sight is in walk-distance. The staff mainly only speaks spanish, except one girl who speaks English as well. The rooms are small but nice and tidy. Enjoyed my stay and recommend it.

I tried to change my reservation by phone and they did not let me, and since I did not have internet where I was they charged me the first day and they were really rude about it.

For a budget hostel, this place is more than adequate! The hostel is full of character, in a great location near all the shops and sights, clean and safe. There is no aircon but they do supply a fan. Very much enjoyed my stay and a great place if you are just needing somewhere to crash

4th floor room was stifling hot, with one window only for circulation. I'd recommend asking for a lower-floor room if you can.

It's in a very quiet part of town, but definitely within walking to distance to pretty much wherever. It's definitely not the place to stay, though, if you're looking to meet other travelers.

It's an okay place, location isn't bad. We had a shared bath on the top floor and there were several people waiting to use it at times. Water pressure was so, so. Our room was cold at night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided us with a wake-up call the morning we left as well. There is internet and a pay phone also available in the hotel. There is a bathroom on each floor (one bathoom shared between approximately 3 rooms) and they were very clean.

Hostel is in a good location for touring Sevilla. The beds were really comfortable, and the showers always had hot water. The hostel is clean and there is pay-go internet access. I would stay here again.

The inside of the hostel is beautiful, but with many, many steps and no elevator: be forwarned. The facilities were very clean, but there is no hot water. A nice little place, with no big complaints: pleasently average.

My room up at the attic was the most depressing little hole I have ever seen in spite of paying more than it was showed on the web-site. On top of that, the whole hostal was freezing cold! The receptionist was sitting on an electric heater so they knew it as well. Then why is it that guests are not provided simple heaters too? I was very disappointed.close

This place was great. Just make sure you check your booking before you go - they had ours wrong resutling in the sharing of beds and then having to move rooms every day. There is no lift and internet costs 2 euro per hour.
