I loved this hostel! The rooms are very clean and the staff was very kind. I was there when the weather got a little cooler and they brought us heavier blankets to sleep with. We were always accessed to new linens and the cleaned the room every day. The staff does not speak English but were still... more I loved this hostel! Absolutely loved this hostel, definitely would stay here again! Great price, great location, felt safe the entire time. Personal bathroom was a great plus!close

We were given a room right beside recpetion. It was cramped and all night long we could hear the doorbell ringing for people coming in and going out plus every conversation that was had in the reception area. We found somewhere much better the next morning.

Location near to center but we had two rooms one ground floor and 2nd in first floor But bouth without windows. very small room its causing very depresed.

the style of the hostel is a traditional andalusian, all the sightseeings are closed of the hostel and you can go everywhere on foot. The enviroment is very friendly and the hostel is very clean , the staff was very polite and helpful.

It is a very located center place and very very clean.You have near to it bus station and train station and foods places...,and for fun just 15 minutes walking you have discos like: casino,monphesier,alfonso,bilindo...very very well,i recomen it.The buiding has been restaured

the room we got didn't have a window..and was decorated with traditional tiles..which gives it character..but makes it fell like a bathroom!

Not too close to main area (Barrio Santa Cruz, la Cathedral). Not too nice, but what can you expect for that price. However, it is clean, safe, and the staff is nice. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. Good if you are on a budget.

This would be a great place to bring a one night stand or even a prostitute, but if you are expecting a diamond in the rough look elsewhere. Asked for double bed, received 3-person room. Manager was condescending and rude. Very firm beds. Room seemed unfinished. Basically, just say no to...

Don´t stay here unless there is nowhere else to stay. The staff were really difficult to communicate with and they charged us more than it said it would cost on the hostel world website. The actual room was ok although very small and not worth the money. Stay somewhere else.

the first night we had no hot water. it took about 3 or 4 hours to solve the problem. no breakfast, and the staff was not specially friendry. good location anyways.

There is NO place to cook eny think. No kettle to boil water. Be cerful then you will be pey for acomodation and don't pay VAT second time.

We had 3 people in a room that would have been cramped for one. Our bags did not fit and the closet wouldn´t open. We paid 45 euro a piece. It was almost laughable. The staff was nice though and it was semana santa.

I gave this place ago because I was dubious about the poor ratings with no comments. I don't regret making the choice because it was a good budget hotel. The bathroom was immaculate and the room itself was small but it's fine because you just need a place to sleep. One major thing to be very warey of is that this place is NOT 10mins from the main bus station, it's closer to 30mins. It is also NOT 500m from the main train station, it's at least 1km! It's a good thing we tested out the time to the bus station otherwise we would have been frantic!close

Asbestos (sic!) roof with so many holes that during the rain they were creating a kind of small waterfalls on our heads and beds... Dirt! We were also cheated, because we had to pay additional 4 euroes each more that it was in reservation, and the reason of that was not clear... As we pointed out, only the location of this hostel is an advantage, but taking into account our horror during the night and all other "attractions", WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND to remove this hostel from the list of avaliable hostels! It was awful. The door to my room wouldn't open without being forced, and water came in through the ceiling outside my bedroom door. At 6 foot, I was too tall to stand up in the ceiling without hitting my head on the ceiling. Neither the TV nor the air conditining worked. No-one seemed to be... more It was awful. No-one seemed to be in charge - all my queries and complaints were met with a phone call to someone, who seemed intractable in his/her unwillingness to resolve them. To cap it all, on my last day, I had to check out by 11:00, but my train did not leave until 5:00 - and they insisted on charging me for looking after my luggage for the few hours I needed. Never again.close

i thought i had reserved a two-bedded room through the website,but when i came up at the hostel they gave us a single-bed, tiny and noisy room. and it costed 42€, not cheap at all !

Not a good hostel and would never recomend the place. Cockroacks in the rooms and plenty of them.. Most dead so it looked like they had just sprayed but not cleaned up. Unlucky for them. But the Shower was good.

We stayed in an upstairs room, the airconditioner on the roof was too noisey, the room was awful - falling down, badly maintained. The other rooms we were offered were even worse, the building needs renovation immediately. A guy tried to enter in my room 2wice in the night! I freaked out! Plus the condi was broken and some water was going out of it causing dammage on my bags! Just a pleasure this place!

The Hotel Staff were always available, however, I can't recall a smile at any time. The sink in our room leaked and had a mop bucket underneath. The location is qquite good for the touristic parts of the city and within ten minutes walk to the bus station.
