Description of Funky Backpackers Hostel

ERASMUS, BOOK WITH US. WE WILL HELP YOU TO FIND AN APARTMENT. Welcome to Funky Backpackers Hostel, the only hostel in the Center and with parking. We just moved in order to offer you a better service and to adapt the old Funky to handicafts. Stay with us and enjoy our hospitality in a unique and wonderful setting. ALL OUR ROOMS ARE ENSUITE. We have comfortable beds, hot showers, heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, plus loads of activities, years of experience, plus tasty food and drinks! The apartments LAS INFANTAS, where the hostel is located, are a new concept in accommodation. You can choose from a private apartment- with his one kitchen-, a double room in a shared flat or a bed in a dormitory. Enjoy clean and comfy rooms. If you book the rooftop apartments, you will get a room with a wonderful terrace to chill out on, listen to music or simply enjoy the sunset. In our nice patio we have a common area (bar) and the common kitchen, next to reception where you can seat and rest. Our hostel is only 10 minutes away from the Alhambra, Spain's most visited sight, the famous Albayzin district and the lively area around Elvira Street where people party till sunrise is 2 minutes walk, as well the Cathedral. We run an extensive program of activities including adventure sports, trips to the mountains, beaches (less than 1 hour away), hot springs, horse riding and skiing (30 minutes by bus). Every night you can do something different: a flamenco show, a thermal bath, a tapas tour or you can just have a night in and enjoy our tasty homemade food and delicious sangria on the terrace. Our paella is excellent. We're looking forward to welcoming you. We have a recycling program at the hostel. We would greatly appriciate it if guests made use of this facility, as we are commited to helping the environment. Recycle bins can be found in the kitchen. CHECK-OUT AT 12 A.M.; CHECK-IN AT 2 P.M.
