Hostal Costa Azul is located in the centre of Granada, 50 meters from the town hall and Carmen Square, in the old and beautiful San Matias Quarter. In the heart of the commercial and cultural centre of Granada, it offers numerous leisure alternatives such as visits to monuments and museums or the enjoyment of the Grenadian cuisine and the atmosphere of the old Arab market (ALCAICERÍA). The property has 3 floors and was built at the beginning of the 20th century but all rooms are copletely renovated. It disposes of an interior patio with a fountain, trees and plants. Nightlife area is very near the hotel. You don't need a car; you can go walking to the main discos, pubs and 'tapas' bars. There is a cleaning and ironing service. In our reception, we have a public telephone and everyday we offer a varied menu in our restaurant for clients who want to eat at the hostel. In addition, we have a fax and internet service. We can reserve tickets to the Alhambra and Tourist Voucher for clients who request it. Please, let us know if you want to cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

This hostal was ok. Reception was helpful. The room was clean for the most part. The tub in my room was a little dodgy looking. The location was pretty good. I did stay there on a Saturday night and it was very noisy outside.

This place is fine and in a good location, if you are looking for a budget hotel. it is not a hostel ie no communal area or place to cook your own food.....

A lovely hostel if you prefer something a bit quieter... more like a hotel than a hostel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean! Also, right in the centre of Granada, so perfect for shopping trips and sightseeing!

This is the best hostal I stayed in on my trip though spain. It was clean, the rooms were big, the showers were nice, not too much noise, and the staff were incredibly helpful. No elevator or phone in the rooms, but the internet worked well, I would definitely stay again

Free internet worked out great. Location was amazing. Rooms were warm (Granada got cold at nights), the heating was excellent. 24 hour reception proved useful and helpful. Although shower was a little tempramental, overall it was great value for money and a pleasure to stay at.

The accomodation was dissapointing in terms of space and cleanliness. The bathroom was very cramped. I had the room right next to the street and next to the main entrance. Patrons were ringing the door bell until 5:30am waiting to enter the hotstal.

The location was great, but the room I had fronted the street and was right next to reception so I got almost no sleep from the noise. Would probably be ok if you ask for a room at the back.

I stayed in the front room to the left, room 102. It was a cute little room, with a great shower. The hostel is very centrally located & has an exceptional staff, very nice & hospitable! I felt at home the entire time. Will definitely stay there if I ever go to Granada again.

It was great for the price (chaeap) of a single, which are not always easy to find only trouble was there was a noisy tapas bar next door. It didn't run to late and the best solution was to join them
