Tuve algùn problema con la habitaciòn asignada, pero supieron atajarlo a tiempo. Por lo demàs, bastante bien, aunque algo alejado a la hora de coger autobuses. Mejor situada cara a San Julians que a Sliema.

A ridiculous place that enjoys being evil to customers. Items stolen more destroyed with excrement and blood. Required medical treatment due to over chlorination of the pool and received awful customer service from everyone from lieing duty managers to miserably sinful cleaners.

For the price it is a fairly good place. The rooms are cleaned daily and water pressure was one of the best I've seen in hostels. It has a quiet atmosphere. The only issue would be the 15 min. walk to St. Julian, but there are buses that come by frequently. Desk service is friendly and...

The value we got for our money was really excellent, however, Please clean the bathroom before new visitors come to stay in a room.

Great. For a bit over 18 euros a night I got a private ensuite with an excellent breakfast buffet - including muesli, eggs, cheese, ham and so on. Great value. Clean. Quiet at night if no one swithes an airconditioner on. If it is on - then some noise of it. They do not get hostelworld bookings... more Great. Quiet at night if no one swithes an airconditioner on. If it is on - then some noise of it. They do not get hostelworld bookings and no response to emails. But as I showed up at midnight with my booking printed out in hand, there was no problem and I payed the amount stated in the booking.close

This place is nice, but about a 15 min walk either way from either Sliema or St. Julian's

Really good value! Cheap & clean, I´d say it´s kind of boring at least during winter.

The conditions booked with you in the net are not respected at the site. The limits you mention in the net and force people to accept, like to pay a double room even if you are a single traveller only or no halfboard and there you have to take halfboard, are unrealistic or at least not inline with the hotel management. Last but not least it is tremendously embarasing to discuss at check-out with the hotel stuff, how to understand the word "deposit". You simply take a certain amount from the customer´s credit card or he/she does not get a reservation. In the voucher you call it depost, what indicates, it is deductable from the bill. While paying at the site the local interpretation is, nothing is deductable. Deposit does not mean deposit, it means your commission and they will not recognised this prpaid sum. What a convenient situation!!!!!!! Thank you for the SERVICE provided and be so kind and delete my registry fro your files immediately. Sincerely, Hadenclose
