Easy access to Little India and Lavender Street MRT. Lavender Food Hall, which is opposite the Hotel is an excellent place to catch a bite to eat at cheap prices.

the night receptionist was a miserable git always munching on noodles. The rooms have tv but you need binoculars to watch the one they have. although id like to know the day receptiopnist more.

Great place to stay. B/fast basic but good. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff are friendly except one male front office staff. Getting a hello or smile out of him is like getting water out of a rock. Overall a great place , and will stay again

Difficult to find when coming from the airport, I would give better directions on the booking page. We were directed toward the other Madras Hotel and ended up there having to get a taxi to Madras Eminence. Positive feedback otherwise though, it was clean and staff were helpful. I would...

This hotel is close to little India, walking distance to MRT Lavendar Sta and Farrar Park. Very quiet environment and the room is small but clean.

A really lovely place to stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would advise when arriving at singapore if getting the shuttle from the airport to stress that its the madras hotel EMINENCE as theres another madras hotel in singapore and we got dropped...

This was more of a hotel than a hostel with the linen being changed daily. The free breakfast was a bonus, but basic. The location is good as it was only a 5-10 min walk to the MRT which is very quick! Not ideal for those seeking the nightlife as the area was very quiet but a nice stay! Would...
