It is relatively far from the beach because there are plenty of other... more Pros: Value for money guesthouse at it is very clean and a 10-minute walk away from the beach Cons: Initially, the staff was of little help as they spoke little english and were not able to direct us properly to the beach. It is relatively far from the beach because there are plenty of other guesthouses much nearer to Serendipity beach. We booked the bus tickets to Phnom Penh with the guesthouse, agreeing upon 7USD inclusive of pickup to bus station. However, upon receiving the tickets we were charged an additional 1USD/person for transport to bus station. Avoid doing your laundry with them as the clothes were damp after 2 days (one of the days was very sunny!)close

Moved out after 2 nights as the walls are very thin and the noise was unbarable. I had the room next to the stairs and thats all I could people coming up and down.
