They have... more We just happened onto the restaurant Gallo Nero during a day trip to Siena. It is located on the via del Porrione and well worth seeking out. It is a decorated to look like a medieval cellar with candles on the table, typical medieval music and wait staff in traditional costumes. They have several different set menu options but on our server's recommendation we tried the traditional Sienese pasta called Pici. It was prepared with a very light olive oil and herb sauce in the medieval style. It was fabulous! We will defintely return on our next visit to Siena.close
