Great little hotel and very secure and friendly and Helpful staff. Not too far from the city, just catch the number 15 bus and its a 1 min ride for 1 Euro.

This is a nice place to stay and is very clean. The only problem was that it is away from all of the sites of sienna, but other than that it is a good place to stay.

Hotel looks good and feels even better, thanks to friendly staff and the room's comfortable bed and clean bathroom. If weather is hot, you can turn air conditioning on. Breakfast is simple but good. Internet pc costs 3 euros x hour. It is a little hike to the centre of Siena, but I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly, and a reasonable price for Italy.

Great location, right on the river and a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. It was easy to find and get to everything else in Florence from the hotel. The receptionist was great, we had a nice time staying there!

Quite irritating because you feel sort of stranded at this hotel, but the front desk people are friendly and helpful, and one guy recommended a great place about 1km up the road. My only issue on cleanliness is because I do not smoke: when cleaning is going on, the front door to the building we were in was open, and smoke just wafted in - even to our room upstairs and at the back of the building. It was pretty gross. Otherwise, very clean.close
