It is situated in front of the new access to the temples and near a local market called Psar Leu (about 10mn from the old market by transportation). The room was very clean and the price is cheap. The hotel has a pool with a peaceful quiet garden and restaurant. In the hotel, you can order your dinner during your breakfast or in the evening for tomorrow. They prepare only daily dishes. So you can taste the authentic Khmer’s dishes. They speak French, English, German and Khmer. We were also very satisfied with the services they provided. We had all up to date information for our stay in Siem Reap.close

The western management take care of us. The room was clean and made every day. Our cleaning was done with a washing machine. At breakfast time, we were happy to talk with the management team who helped us to prepare our visit. After a journey at the temples, we were happy to relax at the pool and in the quite garden. The hotel is in front of the new road of the temples. It is then more fare from the old centre of the city. But our driver also includes this type of travel in his daily price. Otherwise the price is 3$ for go and back. Don’t forget that Asia is maybe cheap but it is still not free! And a little money helps this people to live. Sincerely, I can only recommend this charming hotel and the nice and helpful management staff.close

When we arrived they did not have our booking and contrary to the website did not have rooms with 3 beds. They then agreed to a different rate because of the confusion and then felt we were cheating them we checked out. Lastly, I had laundry done and my clothes were discoloured and had white streaks on them. Would not reccommend it.close

It wasn't normal practice to clean the rooms daily, when I asked I was told the cleaner was "busy" even though she clearly wasn't. Also the hotel is quite a way out of town - it costs around 4 dollars for each round trip back so factor that into your visit. However, the pool is very nice.
