I loved it, surprisingly modern and elegant, with wifi connection, internet, aircon, pool etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Much better value than the $50 hotel I stayed at in Pnom Penh.

We were told we had no room when we arrived even though we had a booking confirmation because they were full and even double-booked. They managed to sort it out as some guests left Siem Reap early unexpectedly. We stayed 4 nights but slept in 3 different rooms because of the mistake. They managed to sort it out as some guests left Siem Reap early unexpectedly. We stayed 4 nights but slept in 3 different rooms because of the mistake. One time we came back to hear the tv on in our room. As we were opening the door, it swung open and there was another couple inside. Turned out they changed us to another room without first informing us. So we had not packed nor had we returned our keys. They moved our things to another room and nothing important was missing although some toiletries were obviously left behind. I wonder how hostelworld or the hotel will compensate us if they did not manage to find a room for us having accepted the booking when they were fully booked and taking our deposit.close

Great, friendly staff. They will pick you up from the airport if you provide the date and time. The rate included breakfast. If you choose to pay by credit card, there is a 4% surcharge.
