Really pleasant outdoor restaurant area where you can balance the temple's majestic entropy against CNN while enjoying an Angkor beer. Khmer curry was excellent and the man and his staff are a study in customer service. My only gripe was with the tire pressure on the bicycle, and this really isn't going to factor in for most people who're hiring le tuk-tuk to go afield.close

I wanted to leave after the first day but no rooms were available for those dates plus i was demanded to pay for my hole stay in advance. All the guest houses in hostelworld.com were booked. The only available rooms were at this guest house, where i was the only guest....I wonder why??? Rooms are very dusty. Bathrooms aren't clean at all. For the price i wasn't expecting much better but if you want some place clean, this is not youre spot. Prices for tours and tuktuk drives are about 20% to 100% higher that prices found in town....so watch out. The owner tries to suck as many dollars from you as he can. Charging extra for almost everything. Do expect to pay around 18$ per day for a single room with A/C and a couple of hours of internet per day. Internet is only available after 7 pm and charges 1,50 per hour even for Wi-fi in the rooms.(which i don't know how they calculate since they are not in the room) And even though i had agreed to pay the unadvertised price for internet i was cut off without notice, and no staff were available to restore it. If you are like me and need this to WORK, it is not reliable at all!!!! Very unpleasant owner. Had to almost beg to get an internet connection...and i was charged a full hour just for checking my plane schedule on the day of departure. Even thought prices are higher for almost everything, almost none of the money goes to the staff...If you want staff to get money you have to tip directly. Of course price are still relatively cheap but i felt like i was taken for a fool by manager and owner. The only good thing about this guest house is the tuk tuk driver who is a very gentle man, very kind and honest. He will help you out with about anything. I am going back to Cambodia in August and will definitly NEVER go back to this guest house. I have never written a bad review on any guest house i have attended. I always gave 100%. You can check for youre self, i have about 4 or 5 reviews here on hostelworld, for my trip to Thailand, and i always gave 100%. I am not very demanding, but this was a total disaster. It is not the extra 15$-30$ extra dollars per day that made me unhappy, but the principal.close

Private tuk tuk, for an added (cheap) fee was offered to us from the moment that we walked in the door. While the bathrooms could have been slightly better in terms of cleanliness, the rest of the accommodation was above satisfactory and I would very highly rate this hostel to anyone going to Siem Reap.close

It's a little away from the center, but's only 10 min walk. Nice rooms, simple but very clean, they try to help you with anything you need, just be sure you bargain enough ;) Good place and very quiet.

We had a great time in Siem Reap, which was in no doubt partly due to the great staff at the 13th Villa. All of them were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. It's in a great location and we would surely stay again.

Tho the staff seem eager to please and all, be a lil wary and check the market rates of the bookings of tuktuks and tours. If u're happy with what they can offer u by all means go ahead, but don't say i didnt warn you. rooms were quite dusty and not cleaned daily but im not complaining at this price. its one of the hostels closes to angkor wat but quite distance away from the Central market. Regarding our dissatisfation with some issues, granted the manager did try to appease us towards the end, but alot of the reason given for the exorbitant prices charged for the tours were a little lame. stay at your own risk!close

They are all genuinely nice and you really dont have to do anything to get to Angkor Wat- they will sort EVERYTHING for you! The place isnt central but only about 15 minute walk along the river to main part of town. Clean. We really, really think the staff are what sells it though. Go there!close

Very nice hotel. Staff is very helpful and we used their driver to take us to the temples and he was great. The restaurant was good but other guests don't really hang out so it's not too social (at least when i was there).

Subsequently we left to find alternative acommodation and they tried to charge us the deposit (which we understood) but also charge us one nights accomodation and threatened to call the police if we did not pay them. We found this unreasonable and the staff were rude and aggressive when we tried to reason with them.close
