I forgot room no (3002 - not sure) where I stayed last June'08. The fan on the bathroom was broken. Hopefully the fan is running well now.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Local is good walking distance away from the Old Quarter and plenty of tuk tuk waiting out the front. Really liked the place.

This was an amazing guest house. We had an incredible time in Siem Reap, and the staff of Mandalay Inn was one of the reasons. Kind, helpful people. Great value, great quality. They helped arrange all of our details from tour guide (Mr. Ho Samnang - highly recommended! Request him!) and our tuk... more This was an amazing guest house. We had an incredible time in Siem Reap, and the staff of Mandalay Inn was one of the reasons. Kind, helpful people. Great value, great quality. They helped arrange all of our details from tour guide (Mr. Ho Samnang - highly recommended! Request him!) and our tuk tuk driver who we used for the whole trip (Sari - request him! Soooo good and nice!).close

Mandalay Inn was excellent place to stay. We came to Siem Reap to spend the Christmas there and all I can say, this guesthouse was just perfect. Our room was bright and spotlessly clean, the stuff extremely friendly and helpful. They have inexpensive restaurant with tasty food and they also... more Mandalay Inn was excellent place to stay. We came to Siem Reap to spend the Christmas there and all I can say, this guesthouse was just perfect. Our room was bright and spotlessly clean, the stuff extremely friendly and helpful. They have inexpensive restaurant with tasty food and they also provide free wifi, which worked in the lobby and even on the balconies on our second floor - sometimes with a poor quality, though. But this might be a problem of Siem Reap in general, as it was the same in other places. Mandalay Inn is a great choice for middle-budget accommodation.close

Rooms are small in comparison to other guesthouses of the same value in Cambodia although one would expect to pay more in Siem Reap everything else was great

The staffs very friendly, superb. Locations is ok. Kind of average guest house, nothing to shout about. It basically meet all the requirement for traveller, specially the bag-packers. Dining in was ok, great food and fantastic menu. A bit troublesome at night as they will close the main entrance.... more The staffs very friendly, superb. Locations is ok. A bit troublesome at night as they will close the main entrance. For security reason, YES but for guest conveniences, NO. The rooms and lobby really need a new refurbishment work. Just a bit touch up on the interior. Contemporary design would be perfect (new and old, bright and dark.) Other then that, keep up the good works and many thanks for the great experience and wonderful stay. Staffs: Excellent.close

Really nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant too. However, Try not to use the loundry service unless you want all your clothes tainted in yellow.

Mandaly Inn was a great location, next to the bank and cross the road from the markets. The staff were really friendly & happy to help out.

Fabulous location with spacious rooms (fan and AC) right by the Old Market. Friendly attentive staff and lovely banana and pineapple shakes in the cafe downstairs.

Great value, run by most efficient family, outstanding restaurant with some excellent food. Management was extremely helpful and made our visit very enjoyable.

Enjoyed my stay very much! Staff was wonderful! I do think that you should use a different transportation company for the bus back to Bangkok. We did not go on the path we were told we would be on--VERY dishonest company.
