We had a nice time at this guest house thingy. We'd spent 14 or so hours on the bus from bangkok, which required several stops along the way to adjust the ropes holding the windscreen on..so maybe this had something to do with the joy that we felt when at about midnight..and after a quick phone... more We had a nice time at this guest house thingy. We'd spent 14 or so hours on the bus from bangkok, which required several stops along the way to adjust the ropes holding the windscreen on..so maybe this had something to do with the joy that we felt when at about midnight..and after a quick phone call, our superhero driver arrived. Complete with rock star hairdoo, and shy caring attitude/look in his eye. They seemed to quickly pick up on the day we'd had, and the hastle we'd got from the bloke on the bus when it became apparent we where not going to stay at his guesthouse....sorry, don't know why i'm telling you all this..ohh yeh. When we got to baca villa, a very well run, and secure feeling joint. The dude (who was part of the onterage to collect us) said, don't worry about checking in, or paying tonight... just have a shower : ) . Overall, very professional, but fun, lot of people, good food, near to the markets. Do yourself a favour. :)close

A little awkward to find the first time around, but no worries after that. Ten minutes walk or so to Old Market, and nice little goods market halfway there (left side of road)...(Old Market a bit crap but good area of town). Overall very happy with service, cleanliness, room facilities, etc.
