Fantastic place if you want privacy; the convenience of utilities and your own place; an amazing view; good value for money; and fairly good location. I will certainly stay there again on a future trip as I think, taking all factors into account, it would be impossible to get better value for...

Booked the apartment for Y270 a night, but were charged Y350. We were told that we got a bigger room... Fantastic view to the skyline of Pundong. Might be gonne soon however, there is a large construction site in between.

A great place to stay. The staff was very helpful and made our two night stay in Shanghai much easier. It's a step up from your typical hostel... A bit more expensive, but worth every bit because of the location and comfort when you are not out touring the city.

Nice appartment, even including a washing machine an wireless internet if you bring your laptop. Only minus: NO twin rooms, only doubles. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend!

Although the corridor smelt a little odd, the room was great, and had an amazing view over the Bund and the river. There are no subway stations nearby, but cabs are super cheap, and since the apartment is in the same building as a hotel, it is easy to tell drivers how to get back to the...

Place is ok, but would check first for location closer to Metro, with more services and more useful items in room. Maybe try the Hotel in the building which is $100 - still low end for location, it had gym, pool etc.close

Frank Hu was SO helpful and even let me borrow an extra phone charger and use his internet every other day. The room was a great size and had everything we needed, well-stocked. Big step up from a hostel for cheap, would recommend it.

However, the hotel was just next to the Bund, so the location was ok, but still you need to take a cab almost everywhere.close

Mr Frank Lu the caretaker is a helpful man and the hostel is easily found by the taxidrivers. Overall a very good experience for the price.
