We have problems checking in the hotel on 25 Mar even though we have made an online reservation. Furthermore, the room fees have been deducted from my bank account for that night before we check in. Pls look into the matter.

There were no English speaking staff on in the evening. All staff should learn some basic hotel english phrases- understanding, not necessarily speaking!!! It was also very niosy, with roadworks all night.

JinJiang Inn Shanghai by the Bund was a good place to stay. It takes only couple of minutes to walk to NanJing shopping street, the Bund, People's Square and so on. The only negative thing to say about the hotel is that the restaurant is terrible. It was nearly never open during the time we stayed in Shanghai, and when we finally got there the list was ...well... not the best I've seen. The good thing is that Shanghai is full of places to eat, so you won't starve to death! :)close

Very clean hotel with nice rooms (we had the single with big bed). The manager was strange, and they should practise some english.
