Jin Jiang Hotel is a historic hotel which has served more than 400 heads of state and government leaders over the past 70 years.
Established in 1929, the 13 floor Cathay Building's architecture is of British Gothic style. It is a combination of the outstanding architecture style of the 1880s and the decoration style of the 1920s.
Its 434 rooms and suites are spread over three buildings that overlook 10,000 square meters of beautiful garden.
The hotel enjoys excellent access to the downtown area, plus major transport links. Both the nearby Yan'an Elevated Highway and the Shanxi Road underground railway station (Metro Line 1) connect you swiftly to all other parts of the city.
The solid and magnificent Grosvenor House, completed in 1934, is a testament to the 1930s design ethic, with a central spire of 18 storeys flanked by an east and west side 13 floors high.
