All I can say is the staff there were awesome,esp Sunny and the manager Leo. They took time to help me with all my needs and concerns.Sunny spent 30 minutes to locate transportation from Shanghai to Jinan. She wrote directions and what to ask in both English and Chinese. The maintence people and... more All I can say is the staff there were awesome,esp Sunny and the manager Leo. They took time to help me with all my needs and concerns.Sunny spent 30 minutes to locate transportation from Shanghai to Jinan. She wrote directions and what to ask in both English and Chinese. The maintence people and room maids would stop to help me with the heating and air conditioning controls. The rooms for the money and location just great. And yes I will return to Shanghai for another visit amd will definitely stay at Hanting South Shanxi Roadclose
