Overall, a good deal for the price but the staff could use some customer service training and they definitely need to start giving out free maps. Definitely bring your own unless you want to buy one there.close

For the price, it's a excellent budget hotel. Nothing special about it except the location. A little hard to find but it's central. Clean and the staff are nice. Very dead at night though.

They don`t speak english, but do what they can to help you. The room is ok to the price. Big, has a desk, and I belive you`ll get internett if you have a cable...

Though staff doesn't really speak English, with respect to the rooms you get lots of value for money. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the subway.

3 bed rooms are not actually 3 beds - there is one king single and one single bed, meant to accommodate 3 people. Staff were very unhelpful when asked for alternatives.

The hotel was 2 blocks from Jing'an Temple and in an area with tons of restaurants, bars/clubs, and shopping. The staff doesn't speak any English, but they were helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the beds are very firm-like most beds in China. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan on staying there again when I go back to Shanghai.close
