  • We had a fabulous meal here on Sat 21st March '09 for our anniversary. We could not have chosen a better restaurant. We had Dublin Bay prawns and lobster ravioli to start , sea bass and guinea fowl for mains and creme brulee for dessert. The flavours and textures were amazing. The wines were quite pricey but we had the wine of the month red for £25 a bottle which was great. The staff were helpful and very friendly but not in your face. All in all a wonderful night. We will definatly be back !

  • Ate here two weeks ago and had the best Italian meal of my life. Didnt quite hit those heights this time on the food front and the restaurant was empty - we were the only table so the atmosphere was a little lacking. Still a great Italian meal though, even if a little expensive. They should maybe consider a fixed price menu?

  • La parmigiana's food lived up to its reputation - one of the finest Italian meals I have ever had. Quite intimate - we were quite a noisy crowd which didnt fit in well with the other, more reserved, clientelle but that didnt cramp our style

Description of Ristorante La Parmigiana from toptable.com

"An acclaimed restaurant that has been at the top of the business for decades, La Parmigiana combines traditional, attentive service with a contemporary Italian menu. Result: one delightful experience. Favourites include fish and game dishes, like poached fillet of Scottish salmon with balsamic vinegar sauce, courgettes and baby boiled potatoes, and venison with porcini and Italian sausage ragu with polenta crouton. Wine list utterly Italian, save for the bubbly. "
