Built in the 1800s the bar has alot of history around it. It is mainly visited by tourists and there are tables outside the bar if you want to sit down and people watch. There is also an extensice and well priced menu if you are hungry.

This pub (wonder where they got the name from?) on the Old Town's main thoroughfare is exceptionally good value considering its location. Traditional 'haggis, tatties and neeps' costs just £7.50 and is served by friendly staff.
