Well located, good breakfast. But rooms area not in good cleaning. But in general is OK. Ah it's a bit noise like there is a PUB just down the ground floor.

This hotel is for you if: you like to party all night and can sleep through lots of pub music, as the Three Sisters (a great pub) is attached. But the rooms can be very noisy. This hotel isn't for you if you want a quiet place to sleep. However, lovely rooms and ensuite, huge beds,...

The location is great being only a short distance from the Royal Mile and Princes Street. The bar can be quite noisy if you happen to be in a room overlooking the courtyard but it didn't bother us much. The bar can be quite noisy if you happen to be in a room overlooking the courtyard but it didn't bother us much. The staff were helpful and moved us to another room immediately when we complained about the poor television reception in our room. Overall it was great value for money for couples like my fiance and I who don't have a lot to spend on weekends away.close

Awesome place to stay with comfortable rooms! Big rooms with nice bathrooms and everything! I love the bar downstairs as well. Great place!
