Very clean guest house and the owners were very friendly, would not hesitate should I come through to Edinburgh again to stay here.

Honest to God, you'll never find a nicer place. The property is far away enough from the City Centre to be quiet, but close enough to walk. There are loads of buses to and from the city centre that come about every 5 minutes or so, so you never have to take the car. The road it adjoins (Leith... more Honest to God, you'll never find a nicer place. The property is far away enough from the City Centre to be quiet, but close enough to walk. There are loads of buses to and from the city centre that come about every 5 minutes or so, so you never have to take the car. The road it adjoins (Leith walk) is packed full of fabulous restaurants and bars, a theatre, cinema and comedy club. The lady who runs it is warm, helpful and friendly and will ensure you are comfortable and well fed (breakfast). The chamber maid service is second to none and I was hugely impressed with the standard of service and cleanliness in the rooms. GO there, you must! We had a lovely, marvellous time!close
