We were very impressed with this guest house. They were very nice and friendly. The house was very clean, had super information available, and was good value. Not much more you could ask for? Well, it is also a perfect distance from the city - quiet but close.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. It's nice, very clean and the attention was excellent. It is not near the downtown but the bus stops are in front of the house. I'll think about this hostel for my next trip to Edinburgh.

Excellent B&B. Great loction. Only problem was that staff spoke very little english. Not what you expect in Edinburgh.

I loved this place. It's nice, clean, not that far away from the city centre (bus stop is literaly in front of the front door) and first and foremost the staff is fantastic. Breakfast was delcious. I can 100% recommend this place.

Ben Craig is a splendid guest house with very easy access to the city centre. A fleet of buses services the stop directly outside the house. It could have been a little closer to the city but as there were excellent bus and taxi services it didnt really matter

initally we planed for lonley a one night stay but the service and accomidations were so great we came back to the Ben Craig house for another night.

Breakfast was excellent, nice to have proper home made cooking. The rooms were spotless and service second to none. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a good stay, plenty of facilities in the room, and were very pleased with the location: within walking distance of the city. Very friendly staff and good service. Would certainly recommend it to friends. Thanks

There was a bit of traffic noise from the street, but it was a clean, nice room. The breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the back yard.
