“ Very good location with bus going to town every few minutes. Rooms were ready after 2pm unfortunately. We arrived at 10 am but we could leave our luggage there and come back later to a ready room. In general guest house was ok. ”

“ Good value for your money considering that Edinburgh is costly. The location is close to Holyrood house and the B&B has a bus stop right outside and one across the street so it is easy to use the bus system. The staff is eager to help and the breakfast is a good typical B&B breakfast. ”
