The house is beautiful and the owner very eager to impress and please. Can definitely recommend as an ideal place for anyone looking for B&B in the Edinburgh area.

This was a great place to stay, we felt very well looked after and particularly liked the squirrels outside the bedroom window and the amazingly convenient and frequent buses. We would definitely go back.

We had a lovey stay at Alba House. The B&B was conveniently situated close to bus stops, on a main route to the city centre (therefore it was a bit noisy). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Kath was absolutely lovely and made staying there a total delight. The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic!!
