Artemis took us to his little bed and breakfast, his wife Anna made us iced-coffee, we sat by the pool, and were in heaven. Really I would go back there with my family one day, it was so much nicer than anything we had expected, and we were well taken care of.

The hotel is a lengthy walk from Fira, but it is on its own beach which is beautiful, has it's own amazing pool, and Artemis is happy to drive you to the city anytime. The walk into town is a wonderful way to burn off any extra calories you might eat at the many awesome restaurants in town, or down the hill from the hotel. It is quiet as well so sleeping is never an issue. You will not be treated better anywhere else. This was, actually, my second time visiting at Artemis village and I will continue being loyal to them so long as I travel to Santorini!close

It is further from Fira, but the pool is lovely, the rooms are great and the price is very very reasonable. There is a nearby beach and wonderful taverna, and if you want to explore the island you would need to get a bike/four wheeler anyway, regardless of where your accommodation is - which is cheap in Santorini - EUR15-20 for 24 hours.close

Artemis (the owner) and his wife are very helpful and make you feel like you are at home. The property is right on the water and Artemis will take you in his shuttle to the center of town and to and from the airport. Could not have asked for a more welcoming environment.

An awesome place to stay as far as view, room, friendly owners go. It was a little way out of town, but that's what we hired the quad bikes for!!! We got transfers from and to the Port as well. A great stay.

The staff are truly lovely people even if English is not really easy for them. There is a pool and breakfast if you want them and it's not too far from central Fira. We were three women aged 20s, 30s and 50s and we were all made welcome. A good deal.

His wife and two daughters 9 and 8 were absolutely fantastic hostesses! Artemis went out of his way to drive you around town and pick you up! The villa itself is about 4km away from Karterados village, but Artemis will take and pick you up anywhere! might be easier to rent a moped. The place was very clean and quite. The rooms were very big too. Great sunrise view from the villa. The beach was about 800m away but totally empty, it was awesome! Artemis offered drinks and food too while you hung out around the pool or lobby. All in all it was a superb quite away villa. The only problem is that it wuz a bit away from the town but Artemis took care of that by being your own private chauffeur! Santorini was much cheaper than Mykonos and much more scenic.close

This place was beautiful and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was excellent in the sense that it was right on the water and everything in Santorini is never too far away - it is a small island, of course. Everything was just perfect here.

Although it is not far away from Thira, if you do not have a car or a motorbike, you have to walk 40 minutes to get to Karterados. If you just want to enjoy the beach and the pool, it is perfect.
