rearly enjoyed it great reception staff very helpfull i stayed in a few hotels and the breakfast was brilliant that is what husa universil could work on there breakfast was poor but the hotel was brilliant the airport bus stops outside the hotel iwill be back at the universel

Room could do with a lick of paint. Get rid of the mould round the windows.

They did not recognise the deposit I made to hostelworld.com at the moment of the booking, and I had to pay the full amount. If you sell this hotel and mention the word deposit, you are misleading your customers.

For the price it was great value. Staff polite and helpful and speak english if your spanish is as bad as mine. Located centrally, walking distance from train station and a stone throw away from the catherdral. Def recommend it, esp if budget is tight and you want some privacy

no air conditioning so it was very hot at night. dont bother with breakfast its expensive and of poor quality. there are many lovely cafes within 5 min walk offering much better value and nicer food.
