It was very cold at night, although the heating was on. The blankets in the room weren't enough to keep you warm. The hostel smelt like a bathroom, especially downstairs

Dirty place to stay. No wireless nor breakfast. There are big amonts of powder under the beds. The bathrooms are very dirty too, smelling like urine(also, there are only two for more than 30 people). The staff are very rude, including a bald man that usually stays there in the afternoon. There... more

Nice staff and located in the old town. Common room is in the basement and doesn't have much atmosphere.

If you don´t mind feeling like you´re camping when you´re in a hostel, then this place is fine. It´s an easy walking distance to everything. However, it wasn´t at all clean. There were ants crawling on the floor of my room, dust and cobwebs in every corner, and there was hair on my sheets...

The staff was really nice. The place is clean and really close to the Catedral and mainly everything in Santiago. There´s a bar outside and they give you one free beer from another bar when you arrive, The only problem is that there is only 1 shower and there´s no shelf to put you clothes...

Perfect location, Roberto on reception is ace. All this place needs is a bar, but there is a funky bar beside so that makes up for it.

The owners were absolutely fantastic! Very helpful! You cannot find a better location for the price so close to the Cathedral. The cleaniness of the bathroom was the only negative comment I have about this place.

It is a small place, but it has it's charm. The staff is very friendly, and will provide as muche help as they can. It is just a few blocks from the cathedral and it is inside "la parte vieja" (old town), the historical place of Santiago.
