Nice and stylish, friendly staffl, perfect location. Just that you could smell the cigarette-smoke from the restaurant in the whole hostel.

I had read other reviews saying there was a noise problem at night, but I figured, being a college student who has lived in a loud dorm, this wouldn´t be a problem. I was wrong. Though it was nice, I would never again book Casa Felisa. People were downstairs literally screaming at 2:30 am.... more

I thought I had a private room for 3 people but there were 5 beds in the room. Luckily no one else showed up. The hostel was ok not the best I have stayed at.

A lovely little hotel. Very friendly. What ha not been said on many other reviews is how good the food is. Best meals that I had in Santiago. The walls are a bit thin, but a small price to pay.

Nice rooms, beautiful garden, friendly staff right in the center of the old part of the city. It's not as noisy as other parts of town, that makes it a great location to stay.

People were allowed to stand outside the hostel until 4-5am in the morning singing, shouting and laughing, making sleep imposible and when you are getting up to go to the airport at 6.15am, the day and journey is ruined.

Extremely noisy, walls and floors are paper thin. Restaurant down stairs is very loud all day and all night. Close to all the sights but far enough away from the crowds. Make sure you try the TARTE DE SANTIAGO, YUMMM!!

Esta bien ubicado, en el centro histórico de la ciudad, y en general todo bien! Es una lástima que no esté incluido el desayuno. El restaurant me pareció bastante caro. Las habitaciones son chicas y sencillas, pero bastante bien para el precio que se paga.

It's very well located, next to the Catherdral and 10m on foot to the Bus station. The shared bathrooms were always free and clean and had everything I needed (Shampoo, body gel, soap, cleanex, hair dryer. This time my room (a single non-smoking) was very small and dark. The thing I don't like... more
