Very close to the sights. A 10-minute walk from Placa Galicia (this is where the bus stops that will bring you to the airport). The rooms at the back have a nice view.

Walls are very thin - best to bring earplugs. Very clean and easy to find. Good location as well.

Good location in historic part of town within easy walking distance of everything you need. Staff very kind and friendly. The hostel seemed quite noisy late at night and early in the morning due to wooden floor boards and no sound insulation. Ideal for short stay but we were glad to move on.

Everything is very good and the staff is very kind too. However, the wall and the door are not at all sound-proof. It's what you get for the price.

On the downside it was freezing - no heating in the rooms. But my father stayed across the little cobbled street at the Girasol which was a much better place. There it was warm, friendly, classy and the food and drinks were cheaper and good quality. The lady who runs the Girasol certainly knows what she's doing. On the whole we'd recommend both hostels but the Girasol is worth a few euros extra in cold weather!close

Very nice hostel, more like a hotel. Shared bathroom was very clean. The house is old, so obviously you can hear noises. We slept very well, though. I would clearly recommend this hostel.

This is a lovely place, with fantastic rooms (ours looked out over the monastery) and a nice little restaurant/bar with a garden full of tables out the back. Stated in worse hotels. Shared bathrooms were spotless and sparkling. Amazing value. Highly Recommended.

What a great place to stay. Daniel, the owner makes you fell as if you were at home.Washing facilities, aplace to have a shower if your flight leaves late in the evening after check/out. He was a real gentleman, and he has the best garden in Santiago. beautiful look out from my room window. Carlos
