Drinks inside for the most part are 7 Euros anyway so it's not as bad as you might initially think. Thursday and Saturday nights are the best times to go, and keep your eyes peeled for promotional posters along the beach as famous DJ's play frequently; the most recent being David Guetta.close

   Busy spot in the Old Town. It seems to be very popular with the locals and the staff are friendly. 3 tasty pintxos, a racion of patatas bravas and 2 glasses of white wine was €14 approx. Worth a visit

   Actually it's because Bar Iruna is right across from the EuskoTren terminal and in a more residential neighborhood that it's so genuine and untouristy. After you've come in a few times the servers will start giving you the same friendly abuse they seem to give most of the regulars.
