There is no reception. It's pretty much the owner running everything, not always there, but he is very nice and very helpful. Kitchen area is great and there is free food available. Pretty empty in February.

Lovely hostel, more like a hotel. In summer I would imagine more lively, very quiet, but nice. No real area to hang out, except for kitchen. Nice if you want a break from hostel life!

Nice hostel. A bit small, would be cramped if full. The free brekfeast basically means help yourself to left overs in the fridge which is average.

Breakfast was amazing - eggs, bacon, muesli. Good location in the old town. We arrived at 6am in the morning and no one let us in until 10:30 so not good if you arrive on an overnight bus or train. No common room so everyone gathers in the kitchen which is still fine. Ipod speakers in the kitchen... more

Beauty hostel Jon! Loved the facilities, everything was super clean and the location was perfect! The only downer was that the kitchen had to close at 11, but that's an issue of the bi-laws of the city, not the hostel. Had an awesome time!

Although the hostel was shut as well as the reception bar when we arrived. the bar next door to that was open for us to pass away our time waiting. Staff felt rushed but not unfriendly, rooms were perfectly clean. Hostel felt more like an apartment which added to its character.
