Great location and great people. The kitchen is minimal and there is only one bathroom per floor but honestly it was worth it. I would recommend staying here!

San Fermin was on the most happening street in town, which was fun but also a little bit scary when coming home late at night. Fun though!

Great location on the main street in the old town. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pity there was only one shower/toilet per floor for all dorms. Terrace was cool. Kitchen ok for storing food. No cooking facilities. Generally could have been cleaner.

The staff were awesome and helpful. It gets a bit annoying with all the loud fratboy types, but the location can´t be beat. They have lockers for 5 euros but you can´t lock your room (though you can lock the floor).

The surfing lessons were fun. It was close to both the bay and the beach with waves. you dont have a key for your room just for the floor. there is an optional 5 euro locker you can get. overall i loved it here.

The staff have been so friendly and helpful, we decided to stay in San Sebastian longer than planned because we loved it here so much. The access to surfing lessons and equipment through the hostel have been great and the local knowledge of the area and restaurants have made our time here...

No lock on each bedroom door. Only one toilet and bathroom on each floor. We booked a 4 bed dorm but on arrival was told that there were 6 beds in the room, and 2 of my party would have to share a double bed. (there were 2 double beds and 2 singles) This was not made clear when booking.

A "home made surfing" type of a hostel. The hostel is located in the old part of the city. The only really negative point is, that the rooms can not be locked... But there is someone at the reception all the time.

The perfect hostel for San Sebstian, the location could hardly be better, it is right in the middle of the old town and surrounded by tapas and a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it!

Poor security, none of the rooms locked from the outside, and the "floor doors" were always left open by other people. The staff and location were great, but there were very few people to meet and no real social areas.

San Sebastian is a very expensive place and not a great deal of fun - The language barrier is the main cause although if you can speak spanish it may be more enjoyable. Too hectic during the months of August etc

The hostel was very nice, though it is lacking in bathrooms, a stove to cook on (very essential for budget travellers) and a common room for everyone to hang out together! Though the terrace parties were awesome, Matt the aussie did a great job bringing everyone together. All in all, two thumbs...
