Absolutely breath taking sight Truly a SF landmark.You can bike or walk across the bridge.Its quite windy so take a jacket but the view is amazing

It's hard to think of a nicer bridge anywhere in the world. Completed in 1937, it spans a distance of 1.7 miles, it's also extremely photogenic. Lost count of how many photos I took of it. Truly amazing to see, there are three ways to see the bridge, you can drive, cycle or walk over the bridge. I suggest the best way to see it is to cycle across, but if you do decide to walk the bridge leave at least an hour to get across it. Make sure to visit the world famous Golden Gate bridge when you are in San Fran. You can drive, walk, cycle the bridge, it depends on how energetic you feel. I opted for the easy option and drove across the bridge as I was caught for time. Next time I would walk or cycle!!

Price depends on how you go across, we were with a tour and it was brilliant, it's a bit unreal that you are actually on it and it's only when you get to the other side that you look back and it hits home.
