Puck and Chef de Cuisine Seis Kamimura developed a Contemporary American Cuisine accenting the cultural diversity of San Francisco. “ I recently stayed at the Prescott Hotel in San Francisco and Postrio is adjacent to the hotel. I never actually ate in the main restaurant. They finish serving at 10pm during the week as do most other restaurants in the city. It's slightly later from Thursday-Saturday but midweek it's difficult... more ”
