Eat here and you may think you are in Rome, the restaurant believes in quality and authenticity. There is plenty to choose from like their delicious thin crust roman pizzas. There is a good wine list containing both Italian and Californian wines.

The staff is friendly and enjoy what they are doing. The FOOD is what it is all about. They have been recognized and written up by several reviewers in Italy because they make a wonderful thin crusted Roman style pizza with top notch ingredients like imported prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. One of my favorite dishes are the thick grilled lamb chops with fresh herbs. They make all of their own pasta from scratch, with great results like squid ink fettuccine or delicious chestnut filled ravioli. They have a great wine list featuring moderately priced wines from both Italy and California. The large windows facing out on Columbus & Broadway create a nice "see and be seen" atmosphere. But if you want to hide from the street they have a cozy mezzanine section. Great for those who know what food in Italy is really like and won't settle for some of that stuff many pseudo Italian (American) places try to pass off as Italian. These young and enthusiastic guys were all born in Italy and really bring that gusto with them. The bread they bake fresh every couple of hours and serve with top grade olive oil for dipping is just one of the ways you can see they put their hearts into making their diners happy. They have only been open a year now and it is already a must on the lists of saavy diners who want top quality food at reasonable prices. Get there soon before it becomes impossible to get a table.close

Fantastic!!! Absolutely superb food. Seafood was amazing. Desserts luscious. Great wine selction. Great breakfast and coffee as well. Reasonably priced although you could push the boat out there as well if you wished.
