- The room does not correspond to our reservation, one double bed instead of 2 double beds - 30 mn waiting - The price does not match, they did not remove the deposit, we payed 66,69$ for the night - They moved our things without notice

Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Building can be a little bit shaky when there's heavy traffic outside!

It was a lovely hotel and only $5 more than the hostel we stayed in for two nights after our visit here. The breakfasts are amazing and the hotel is located near the marina. We were sorry to leave.

nice hotel situated nearby the marina and shops on chestnut and union street. With bus it's easy and fast going to fishermans Warf, downtown or the Golden Gate Bridge. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but a bit noisy due to busy traffic on Lombard Street.
